Q. Tell us a little about yourself!

A. I’m a junior at Emerson College, majoring in Writing, Literature, and Publishing, but I am originally from a small town in Texas. I am a huge fan of comics, video games, movies, and, obviously, books! The dream is to work with comics and graphic novels, bake lots of cupcakes, and own at least two corgis.

Q. What’s your favorite Smart Pop title?

A. The Unofficial Mad Men Cookbook. It combines two of my favorite things—Mad Men and cooking!

Q. What’s your favorite book/TV show/movie?

A. That’s an incredibly tough question. Right now I am really into the Song of Ice and Fire series. It is addicting and I can’t wait for the sixth book. As for TV, I would have to say my favorite drama is Breaking Bad and my favorite comedy is Community. My favorite movie is definitely The Two Towers of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Q. Do you have any must-read pop culture sites or blogs to recommend?

A. For anyone interested in comics, I would say Comics Alliance is a must read.
