Announcing Fic: Why Fanfiction Is Taking Over the World

As you may have noticed, we’re pretty pro-fan here at Smart Pop. We have an incredible amount of appreciation and respect for the communities that grow up around television shows and book series, and that extends to the work fans do: fanart, fanvids, and–no matter how much “ruining the publishing industry!” press it’s gotten lately–fanfiction.

So we are very pleased to announce that, in late 2013, we’ll be publishing Anne Jamison’s Fic: Why Fanfiction Is Taking Over the World.
