Steven Schlozman is the author of The Zombie Autopsies: Secret Notebooks from the Apocalypse. He has lectured about zombie neuroscience for the National Academy of Sciences, medical schools, and the American Psychiatric Association. Schlozman has appeared with George Romero discussing horror genre films. He has written about psychiatry and child psychiatry for ABC, USA Today, and Newsweek, and about popular culture for Psychology Today and The Boston Globe. He earned his MD from Brown University in 1994 and trained in psychiatry and child psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, where he is currently an assistant professor. He also serves as a staff physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and the co-director of medical student education in psychiatry at Harvard University. Online at thezombieautopsies.com.
