Shannon O’Neill is an editorial consultant for a prominent literary agency in Washington, DC. She evaluates and edits manuscripts and proposals and guides authors through the publishing process from beginning to end. She holds a Master’s degree in writing from Johns Hopkins University, teaches composition at American University, and occasionally guest lectures at local and national literary events.
