Robin S. Rosenberg

Robin S. Rosenberg is a clinical psychologist. She is series editor of the Oxford University Press Superhero books, author of Superhero Origins: What Makes Superheroes Tick and Why We Care, blogger for Huffington Post, Psychology Today, and coauthor of Introducing Psychology: Brain, Person, Group, (introductory psychology textbook) and Abnormal Psychology (abnormal psychology textbook). She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology and has a clinical practice in Stanford, CA. Dr. Rosenberg has taught psychology courses to college students. Her first foray into applying psychological theories and research to popular culture figures was for The Psychology of Harry Potter; she is the editor of The Psychology of Superheroes anthology and coeditor of The Psychology of the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo anthology.
