According to the baby book compiled by his mother, Bill Spangler wrote his first fan letter to a television show when he was in first grade (the show? Romper Room). These days, his fan letters are published by Smart Pop Books, in titles such as Getting Lost, Farscape Forever, and Star Wars on Trial. He has also written articles about pop culture for national magazines and original comic books based on TV shows such as Quantum Leap, Alien Nation, and Robotech. His current project is a four-issue revival of Tom Corbett, Space Cadet, now available from Bluewater Comics. Bill and his wife Joyce live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with a dog and two ferrets.
