Both cents are very much appreciate. :) I had the same uneasiness about using Sue/Cheerios-related imagery for the cover . . . but it does do a great job of making sure everyone who walks past it knows what the book is about!

I agree that the megaphone is a somewhat "anti-glee" symbol- but as far a graphic dynamic- the yellow megaphone is more attention grabbing. the star is a a little small

I, too, have to admit that I'm not terribly impressed. I would lean toward something with a person's torso in it (the head cut off, but clearly supposed to be someone from the show - probably Kurt), perhaps doing jazz hands or something ... or maybe show a picture of the legs and feet of a bunch of people on risers, which would elicit the show choir feel. Just some ideas.

Based just on what I'm seeing, I overall agree - I like the red and yellow motif, but actually like the green graphic a bit better.

Also, as a pet peeve ... I don't like that the title is in lowercase. I'd say the only reason to put the title in lowercase is if you're going to capitalize the L in gLee to go with the "Loser" finger sign motif in a lot of their marketing ... which, I assume, is probably protected by some sort of trademark or copyright. (Although, I wonder if you could make an L out of the megaphone...) Since you're using the capital L, I'd say just go ahead and capitalize the title normally.

I don't even watch Glee and I know that the megaphone isn't an appropriate association and the green cover is blah. Personally, I'd suggest going back to the drawing board, however if I had to select one of those it would be the green.

Like the yellow and red but switch it to the other cover design...Yellow curtains and seats (vary huges), read lettering and bigger gold star.
